A passionate milonguera, she has found in DJing the perfect way to share her love for tango and its music. From her early practice sessions to established milongas and major gatherings, she has refined her own style over time. In her DJ sets, guided by the energy she feels on the dance floor, she creates a musical journey through the 1930s, the Golden Age, and the 1950s-60s, weaving together rhythm, intensity, and emotion to offer dancers a deep and immersive experience.

MAKIKO MORI (Milano)

nel mondo del tango da piu ' di 27 anni, lavora come Tdj e maestra di tango dal 2005. Per il tango balla entrambi i ruoli dal 2003. Ha co-organizzato le tre edizioni dello Zucca Tango Festival a Milano Fabbrica del Vapore, dal 2011 al 2013. Carattere e grinta allo stato puro, Makiko da 10 anni, balla folklore e suona le percussioni, specializzandosi in bombo leguero, strumento icona del folklore sudamericano . Ama il tango classico, le orchestre principalmente de la epoca de oro, i ritmi afro-argentini e la musica di tutto il

continente latinoamericano.

in the world of tango for more than 27 years, she has worked as a Tdj and tango teacher since 2005. She has danced both roles for tango since 2003. She co-organized the three editions of the Zucca Tango Festival in Milan Fabbrica del Vapore, from 2011 to 2013. Character and grit in their purest state, Makiko has been dancing folklore and playing percussion for 10 years, specializing in bombo leguero, an iconic instrument of South American folklore. She loves classical tango, orchestras mainly from the golden age, Afro-Argentine rhythms and music from all over the Latin American continent.
